Daniel Law
SFU student study Applied science Mechatronics System Engineering, had 8-month Co-op experience with EIM Technology
About
Daniel Law is a passionate hardware enthusiast with a strong background in hands-on engineering projects. He was previously a member of the SFU Rocketry Team, where he focused on hardware development.
During his co-op semester, Daniel participated in several projects, demonstrating his skills across various areas. He particularly enjoyed structural design work and collaborated with EIM Technology on an Elevator Project. In this project, he successfully controlled a stepper motor using the STEPico microcontroller, designed precise vertical motor control systems, built breadboard circuits, and created a working model that could accurately reach preset heights, aligning with specific design requirements. Daniel also contributed to the Traffic Light Project, where he handled soldering tasks and supported part of the software development.
Outside of work, Daniel is a dedicated baseball fan and enjoys following the sport in his free time.
